A seminar focused on cohesion
On January 15 and 16, teams from MALSH, Bayard, BARNES Lyon, and BARNES Léman gathered in Beaufort to kick off 2026 together.
The seminar provided an opportunity to share future directions, analyze the performance of each entity, and consolidate synergies within the group.
A launch in an inspiring location
The two days began in a beautiful movie theater, transformed for the occasion into a presentation space. This original setting provided the backdrop for the various teams to present their financial results, analyses, and ambitions.
It was a formative time, essential for establishing a common vision and moving forward with consistency and high standards.
In professions where the human dimension is central, understanding one's own emotional mechanisms and those of others is a real strategic advantage.
Sharing, immersion, and team spirit
The teams stayed at the Hôtel La Roche in Beaufort, where informal gatherings provided an opportunity for further discussions in a friendly atmosphere. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was a special occasion, followed by a book signing session for Christophe Haag's latest work.
The afternoon continued with a visit to the nearby Beaufort cooperative. The tour of the cheese dairy and maturing cellars offered an authentic immersion in exceptional expertise, based on patience, transmission, and high standards—values that resonate fully with our professions.
An evening of conviviality
The evening was held at La Terrasse d'Isa, in a warm, mountain atmosphere: a musical welcome with accordion music, roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, sledding, and stargazing, before sharing a Savoyard raclette.
These moments naturally strengthen bonds and nurture team spirit.
A time for conclusion and projection
The seminar concluded with lunch at Le Panoramique mountain restaurant. Facing the snow-capped mountains, this final shared moment allowed for further discussion before returning to everyday life.
